Lori Bitter works in strategic consulting, research and development for companies looking to engage with mature consumers in The Business of Aging. She is the past president of the mature consumer division at J Walter Thompson’s: JWT Boom, and also Continuum Crew and Crew Media, and owner of Eons.com.
Lori is one of Next Avenue’s Top 50 Aging Influencers for 2017 and the author of ‘The Grandparent Economy.’ Bitter is interested in the aging of the world’s population, infrastructure needs, public policies and the business response she needs. Lori’s team just launched a three-generation study on the effect of increased longevity. She enjoys talking to consumer groups over 40 and creating “immersive experiences” by understanding their needs, wants, and dreams.
