Naomi is an innovation designer, head hunter and business coach who graduated with a MA in Innovation Design Engineering from the Royal College of Art and a BEng Hons in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College. Before stepping into the Design Innovation ‘linking’ world almost 15 years ago, she worked as a designer/engineer/researcher for Jaguar Cars, LED in Tokyo, Ross Lovegrove in London, and a leading nano-technology firm in Germany. These experiences were invaluable, enabling her to understand both the businesses’ and talents’ needs, as well as deliver quality projects.
Having enjoyed building positive partnerships with various types of organizations from in-house, agency, governmental and startups, Naomi is looking to continue to work with great leaders internationally and promote great design specialists/brands/organizations in the experience, data, product, interaction, system design and strategy domain.
