Min Hao Wong

Min Hao Wong is the Deputy Executive Director at A*STAR (SIFBI), where he drives public-private partnerships in industrial biotechnology. He is concurrently the director for the bioeconomy sector at A*STAR and leads key ecosystem initiatives for the bioeconomy. An MIT PhD and MBA and former BCG consultant, he is also the co-founder of Terra Oleo, a startup transforming agro-industrial waste into sustainable oleochemicals. Terra Oleo is supported by Breakthrough Energy, Asian Development Bank Ventures, amongst others. Recognized by Forbes 30 Under 30 and MIT Technology Review Innovators Under 35, he bridges deep-tech research with scalable industrial solutions to positively impact the environment and the society.
